I have been under treatment for six months, and the result has been unbelievable. I sent my pictures to the doctor, and I’m incredibly happy. Special thanks to you, Dr. Nasirzadeh.

Important Tips to Know About Hair Loss And Its Treatment:

  1. When the hair is shed, the root can stay alive for a while, but eventually weakens and on the other hand, over time, fat closes the skin pores and make regrowing difficult.

If a person starts the treatment in the early years when hair loss begins, it is possible and easy to stop hair loss and see regrowing. The sooner you address the symptoms of hair loss, the more likely you are to prevent irreversible damage. So, the first thing is Do Not Waste Time to Help Your Hair!

  1. Diagnosis the causes of hair loss and correct treatment under the supervision of a specialist are the most important principles of treatment rather than self-consumption of various anti-hair loss lotions and products that are sometimes advertised on the Internet, TV networks, and so on.

Using these products rarely lead to the desired result and only waste your time and money. The reason is obvious because hair loss has many different causes and can vary from person to person. Mutually, the type of treatment also varies according to the origin, age, and gender. Saying that a lotion or supplement cures all causes of hair loss is a 100% unscientific statement.

For example, Iron overload and Iron deficiency both cause hair loss. Iron deficiency causes anemia and hair loss. Iron overload, on the other hand, disrupts the activity of the thyroid gland and increases the production of free radicals in the body. It also destroys the vitamins and minerals that have antioxidant properties such as vitamin C, E, Selenium, etc. which will eventually lead to hair loss. Now Imagine a multi-vitamin and mineral pill that contains a certain amount of Iron recommended to everyone. It is helpful for those that their hair loss is due to iron deficiency, but for others who are not deficient or have an overload, it can increase hair loss and even cause other problems.

In countries where the medical system is aligned with the media and medical laws are properly implemented in advertising, these products are not allowed to be advertised on public media such as TV, radio and even pharmacies. So, I strongly recommend not using any products or even a solution without your doctor's review and remember, THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF TREATING HAIR LOSS IS DIAGNOSING ITS CAUSES.

After nine months of treatment with Dr. Nasirzadeh, I’m happy with the result, my hair loss reduced, and everybody keeps telling me that your hair is much better!

Here are some of the most common causes of hair loss:

1. Imbalance of Minerals and Vitamins in the Body:

Vitamins, minerals, protein and other nutrients are essential for having healthy hair. Normally everyone has up to 50 strands of hair loss per day. Nutritional imbalance leads to increased hair loss and reduced hair growth, and It is one of the main causes of hair loss in both men and women, which needs to be examined from two perspectives: A) Deficiency of minerals and vitamins. B) Overload of minerals or toxic metals.

Unfortunately, many doctors are not aware of the role of excessive minerals in hair loss and other diseases and they advise different types of multi-vitamin and mineral pills to prevent hair loss without a blood test review, while in many people, hair loss is caused by some excessive elements in the body. Taking these supplements won’t reduce hair loss, also disrupt the balance of minerals and may cause other problems as well.

 A) The role of vitamin and mineral deficiency in hair loss

Hair is a soft tissue which is similar in structure to skin and other connective tissues. Connective tissues require nutrients such as Magnesium, Calcium, Manganese, Zinc and vitamins A, B, C, E, protein, etc. to stay healthy.

Today, due to unhealthy eating and poor quality of food (because of the low quality of soil, the use of hormones to grow fruits, fattening poultry and livestock), most people are deficient in some vitamins and minerals. Also, stress, heavy physical activity, excessive sexual intercourse, alcohol consumption and smoking increase the body’s requirement of these nutrients. Those who suffer from hair loss due to deficiency of vitamins and minerals need to take supplements for a while.

To advise the appropriate supplements and dosage, blood tests are required to determine which nutrients are deficient in the body. Note that consumption without doctors’ review could cause negative effects.

I’m a lawyer, and I have a stressful job, so I’ve been facing hair loss in the past few years. After starting treatment with Dr. Nasirzadeh, my hair loss has stopped, and because of the supplements I took, I feel healthier and have more energy.

B) Overload of Minerals:

Copper Toxicity:

Copper performs various functions in the body; the problem usually arises when its amount is increased. This element is needed to bind calcium to the bones and connective tissues in order to build and repair them. Connective tissues include tendons, ligaments, skin, hair, nails, arteries, veins, etc. Imbalances can cause osteoporosis and almost all skin, tendons, hair and nails problems.

Many men and women with hair loss have copper toxicity. In addition to hair loss, they also experience other symptoms related to copper toxicity, including weakness, headaches, depression and impotence.

Today, copper toxicity is one of the main causes of hair loss and even other diseases which unfortunately is unknown to many physicians.

Copper Serum (Cu) and Ceruloplasmin are blood tests to check the level of copper in the body.

For more information, please read Copper Toxicity Article.

Iron Overload:

Iron is an essential mineral for the human body and has many functions, such as helping to produce Hemoglobin, Catalase and energy. Today, due to our diets, Iron deficiency is rare. Instead, its overload is common in both men and women and it’s one of the main reasons for polycythemia (High Hemoglobin count), diabetes type 2, hypothyroidism, fatty liver and even hair loss.

When our body receives too much iron from our diet or supplements, iron will replace other minerals such as zinc and selenium in the liver, thyroid and pancreas, and this will cause the problems mentioned above.

Also, iron overload increases the production of free radicals, which results in a deficiency of antioxidant vitamins such as vitamin C, E and some others like B6.

Overeating red meat, eggs and other iron-rich foods, drinking alcohol, orange juice or vitamin C with food, smoking tobacco and taking Iron pills without doctors’ review (especially during pregnancy) can be the reasons for Iron overload.

Iron Serum (Fe), TIBC, Ferritin are blood tests to check the level of iron in the body.

For more information, please read Iron Overload Article.

Testimonials User PhotoMr. A Kh, Aged 41After 6 Months

My wife found Dr. Nasirzadeh’s website on the internet, and she recommended me to start treatment with him. I sent him my blood tests report to begin the treatment, and after six months, the hair regrowth was significant. I’m satisfied with the result.

Toxic Metals:

Toxic metals have no beneficial role in the body, and when the level of them increase, they can cause a wide range of diseases, such as Alopecia Areata (a type of hair loss). Some of these toxic metals are Aluminum, Arsenic, Lead, Mercury and Cadmium, which enter the body in various ways, e.g., polluted air and water.

For more information, please read Toxic Metals Article.

2) Lack of Protein in Diet:

Hair is made of a protein called Keratin. Our diet should include enough high-quality protein to nourish the hair properly. Lack of protein in the diet or merely consuming plant-based protein foods will lead to hair loss because plant-based proteins do not contain enough essential amino acids. The human body uses amino acids to make proteins such as Keratin and Collagen. That's one of the reasons I do not recommend vegetarian programs in the long term.

3) Thyroid Problems:

The thyroid gland secretes essential hormones, including Triiodothyronine (T3), Thyroxine (T4), and Calcitonin. These hormones play critical roles in growth, differentiation and metabolism. They are important for the optimal functioning of almost all tissues with major effects on metabolic rate and oxygen consumption.

When the thyroid gland is weak, it slows down the metabolism and usually causes dry, brittle and falling hair. On the other hand, due to slower metabolism, hair regrowth occurs at a slower rate.

Low thyroid is usually caused by a deficiency of Iodine, Selenium, Vitamin C and other nutrients that the thyroid gland needs to function with.

T3, T4, TSH blood tests are a way to check thyroid hormones and status.

Testimonials User PhotoMr. H A, Aged 28After 11 Months

I had dandruff since the beginning of the time, and unfortunately, in the past years, hair loss was added to it, and the front part of my head was out of hair. After treatment, dandruff and hair loss were wholly gone, and hair on the front part of my head started to grow again.

4) Adrenal Fatigue:

The Adrenals are two round glands, 3 to 4 inches in diameter, each located above each kidney. These glands are vital for survival. They produce various hormones, including Adrenaline, Cortisol, Aldosterone, Estrogen, Testosterone, Progesterone and DHEA. These hormones regulate the blood sugar and pressure, also regulate the digestive and sexual system, produce energy and protein and perform many other functions.

When the Adrenals become weak, the secretion of these hormones is also mutually reduced, which slows down the body's metabolism, and causes symptoms like hair loss, fatigue, obesity, mild depression, low blood sugar, low stamina, sexual dysfunction and excessive sleepiness

Unfortunately, few doctors are aware of problems associated with Adrenal fatigue.

Reasons that may cause Adrenal burnout are excessive intake of sugar, alcohol and caffeine drinks, copper toxicity, lack of vitamins and minerals that the Adrenals need to work with such as Zinc, Selenium, Magnesium, Manganese, vitamins C, A and B group, stress, lack of sleep, etc.

Adrenal fatigue can be diagnosed by checking the level of DHEA, Testosterone and Cortisol hormones by a blood test.

For more information, please read Adrenal Fatigue Article.

These are my pictures before, and three months after the treatment, lots of tiny hair is growing in the center of my head. I’m happy with the result until now, and I will continue my therapy with doctor Nasirzadeh to get complete result.

5) Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) Hormone - Male Pattern Baldness:

In some men by aging, the conversion of Testosterone hormone to Dihydrotestosterone increases, causing hair loss, which is called Male Pattern Baldness. In this case, the hair usually starts to fall from the cheekbones like the letter M. This type of hair loss is not so common in women.

Male Pattern Baldness can be ascertained by performing blood tests of DHT, Testosterone and comparing their ratio.

For more information, please read DHT Hormone Article.

6) Anemia:

Anemia causes hair loss by reducing blood flow that carries oxygen and nutrients to hair roots. The most common causes of Anemia can be deficiencies of Folic Acid, Vitamin E, C, B6 and B12. Considering today’s eating plans, Iron deficiency is rarely seen, and, in many cases, it is caused by Copper toxicity, which disrupts Iron metabolism. “Copper toxicity anemia” is sometimes mistaken by doctors with “Iron deficiency anemia” because red blood cells, Hemoglobin and sometimes Ferritin in blood tests are low in both types of Anemia. Blood status, Iron and Copper storage can be checked by CBC, Ferritin, Iron Serum (Fe), TIBC,  Copper and Ceruloplasmin blood tests.

For more information, please read Anemia Article.

7) Stress:

Stress causes many biochemical reactions in the body, such as increasing levels of Cortisol and Sodium in blood serum and decreasing Magnesium, Potassium and some other minerals, that can lead to problems like insomnia, palpitations, hypertension, hair loss, nervous overeating and so on.

Stress can be both physical, such as overworking, heavy exercise or living in busy and polluted cities, and psychological such as overthinking, working in a stressful environment or unfavorable family conditions.

High levels of Cortisol in the blood tests or an imbalance ratio to Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) indicate that a person is under stress, which can end up with hair loss and other physical problems.

For more information, please read The Effects of Stress Article.

8) High levels of Estrogen Hormone in women:

High levels of Estrogen can cause many problems in women, such as cyst formation in the ovaries, irregular menstruation, energy and mood swing and hair loss.

Note that the ovarian cyst itself isn’t a reason for hair loss; It is the high level of Estrogen that can cause hair loss, cyst formation and other problems.

An Estradiol (E2) blood test measures the amount of Estradiol, a form of Estrogen made mainly by the ovaries. E2 plays a key role in the female reproduction system, and a high level of it can cause thinning hair in women.

One day I was looking at my photo album; after that, I went to shave my face in front of the mirror. Looking at my face, I just realized how much my hair has shed in the past few years, and my face has changed, so I decided to act out. One of my friends introduced Dr. Nasirzadeh, and as you can see in the photos I posted, the results were tremendous.

9) Other Reasons:

There can be other reasons for hair loss that are not as common such as the side effect of certain drugs, using unsuitable shampoos (rare), fungal infections, an excessively oily scalp and poor personal hygiene.

Diagnosis and treatment:

As stated above, the first and most important step in treatment is to determine the causes of hair loss. Hence, first, I review the level of hormones, vitamins, minerals, the status of glands and metabolism through blood tests. Then I will set a complete treatment program that includes proper supplements to balance the level of minerals and vitamins in the body, herbs to help regulate metabolism and hormones and the right type of anti-hair loss and hair growth stimulant solutions.

In addition to treating hair loss and hair regrowth, this program also improves energy and general health condition because every item is advised based on blood tests and body needs.
